Every time I made significant progress in life, I had a teacher, mentor, or coach.

Whether you’re struggling or thriving, if you want to go from good to great and reach your full potential in every aspect of life, coaching is one of the most powerful tools you can access.

Let's talk

You should consider coaching if...

● You feel trapped in your job. Sure, it pays the bills, but you wonder "Is this all there is?"
â—Ź You know you need to make changes but find yourself stuck in an endless loop of overthinking and never take action.
â—Ź You've achieved the markers of success you were told to pursue (degree, job, income), but you still feel a gnawing sense of emptiness or dissatisfaction.
â—Ź The time you waste on gaming, porn, drinking, and doom scrolling keep you comfortable but prevent real growth.
â—Ź You have trouble setting healthy boundaries and often find yourself seeking validation from others.
â—Ź The responsibilities of "real adulthood" seem overwhelming, and you're not sure how to transition from surviving to thriving.
â—Ź You want to develop a clearer sense of purpose that aligns your daily actions with your deeper values and aspirations.

Investing in coaching doesn't mean that you’re weak or incapable of solving your own problems. It means you’re humble enough to acknowledge that you don’t have all the answers and you’re willing to get the help you need to find them.

What does a coach do?

1. Offers objective insight to increase your own self-awareness

One of the common misconceptions about coaching for men is that you’re just hiring somebody to give you advice. It’s not that.
The simple truth is… you probably know what you need to do. You just don't do it.
A good coach will help you identify the limiting beliefs, stories, and internal scripts that are keeping you from taking the action you know you need to take.

2. Helps you identify the most important thing: A vision and clear steps toward it

There are a million things we could do. But because we don’t know which one to pick, we usually end up doing nothing.
Coaching allows you to cut through the noise and the overwhelm and get a Vivid Personal Vision for your life.
You can’t do everything—and you don’t need to. All you need to do is the next right thing.
In most men’s lives, there are 3-5 core actions that, if taken, result in a massive ripple effect that improves every area of life. Whatever it is for you, the right coach will help you identify the most important action you need to take, and then…

3. Equips you with the tools you need to take action

Finally and most importantly, the purpose of coaching for men is to drive the right actions TO REALIZE YOUR VISION.
Again, most men know what they need to do–they just don’t do it.
And the goal of a coach is to help you create systems that will guarantee action (which will guarantee results).
The process starts with reflection and self-awareness, for sure, but it doesn’t end there.
Because simply being aware of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back isn’t enough.
You need proven tools and practical strategies to move forward to get the results you’re after.
And this is where coaching becomes your “secret weapon.”
Because the right coach will be able to equip you with step-by-step strategies and tools to move forward and take action no matter what.
And once you apply them in your life, taking action can quickly become effortless.
You’ll show up and do what you said you would do on time, every time.
And that's when you really start to flourish.

If you could have optimized your life on your own, you would have done it already. And if you haven’t? Then it’s a sign that you need to change your approach and get help from someone who has "been there and done that."

Is coaching right for me?

All men can use a teacher, mentor, or coach at different times in their lives. The real question is: are we a good fit to work together to realize your dreams?
Part of my responsibility is to discern whom I feel comfortable working with and whom I believe I can help, given the talents I have. That's part of what we'll explore in our initial conversation.

So, if you're...

â—Ź Ready to be challenged and willing to examine uncomfortable truths about yourself and your choices
● Committed to investing—not just financially, but with your time, attention, and effort
â—Ź Seeking growth across multiple life domains, not just career advancement or financial gain
â—Ź Prepared to take consistent action, even when it pushes you outside your comfort zone
â—Ź Interested in building a life of meaning and purpose, not just accumulating achievements
â—Ź Willing to develop greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence
â—Ź Looking for structured guidance rather than quick fixes to complex life challenges

Then you might be a good fit.

But, if you're...

● Resistant to feedback or unwilling to consider perspectives that challenge your current views
● Looking for someone to validate all your existing choices without honest assessment
● Focused exclusively on career advancement without attention to personal development
● Expecting overnight transformation without consistent effort and patience
● Unable or unwilling to make the necessary investment of time and resources

Then I'm not the coach you need.

Remember: any coach, no matter what his area of expertise, can help you only as much as you’re willing to be helped.

Are you ready?

Let's talk

How much does coaching cost?

While my coaching is affordable (especially compared to most other programs or the cost of a year of therapy), it isn’t cheap.

But a more important question to ask yourself is…
“What will it cost me if I don’t take action?”
You came to this page for a reason. You’re interested in coaching for a reason.

So, what will it cost you if another year goes by where no progress is made?
If your relationship continues to struggle…
If you’re trapped by the same vices and bad behaviors…
If you’re EXACTLY where you are today?

So the real question is… which price are you going to pay?

What's the next step?

If you’re ready to get started, your next step is simple. Request a complementary one-hour coaching call using one of the buttons on this page. I'll send you a Calendly link for you to schedule the call at your own convenience.

We'll spend an hour together (preferably via Zoom) and explore where you see yourself in 3-5 years, what's holding you back from realizing your vision, and how serious you are about pursuing it. If I think I can be helpful to you and that we're a good fit to work together, I'll ask you if I can go on to describe what services I have to offer.

I want to be clear: this isn’t a high-pressure sales call—honestly, I don't have the personality for that. And, being a clergyman, I would never try to guilt trip you into an investment that isn’t right for you.
It’ll be a pleasant, casual conversation where we'll get to know each other, talk about your challenges and your goals, and then we'll decide whether or not it makes sense to work together. Regardless of whether or not we decide to continue, I want our initial conversation to add value to you.

I look forward to being of service.
